016-985 Mail Size Error
Cause:
Exceed the max mail size specified on the menu.
Solution:
The machine will recover after the OK button is pressed or message is displayed for specified
time.
If the error persists:
1. Degrade image quality. (Change scan resolution, etc.)
2. Change file format.
3. Divide the document into blocks and retry scanning block by block.
4. Ensure that the error is replicated after the printer is powered Off and then On, and then
replace (REP 5.1 ESS
