[2] Setting method of "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree
axis function"
Normally, the speed specification range is 0.001 to 2000000.000[degree/min],
but it will be decupled and become 0.01 to 20000000.00[degree/min] by setting
"[Pr.83] Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis" to valid.
To use the "Speed control 10 x multiplier setting for degree axis function", set the
parameters shown in the following table.
