• Operation
Store Abbreviated Dialling number (display system phones only):
1. Press SPK key.
2. Dial 853 (for common/personal) or 854 (for group).
3. Dial the Abbreviated Dialling bin number,
Common = 000-899,
Personal = 900-919,
Group = 000-1999 (not set in default).
4. Dial telephone number you want to store (up to 36 digits).
Valid entries are 0-9, # and *. To enter a pause, press MIC. To store a Flash, press FLASH.
5. Press HOLD.
6. Enter the associated name (up to 12 digits).
Use the keypad digits as shown in the character table below.
7. Press HOLD.
8. Press SPK to hang up.
