4. After connecting both ends of the tubing, whenever the downstream
portion of the new tubing is subject to blocking by means of a valve
of other device, perform the set pressure diagnostic test (see the
online Help for details), to determine whether leaks are present.

Sample preparation

Micro-scale UPLC analysis places some additional restrictions on sample
preparation.
Particle-free mobile phase solvents and sample solutions are essential for
