Sample preparation and analysis flow paths
Trapping
The flow path connects the nanoBSM to the injection valve on the
nanoACQUITY sample manager. Sample flow continues from the injection
valve to the nanoTile's trap channel in the TRIZAIC UPLC source, and then to
a waste line on the valve in the heating and trapping module.
Analysis
When trapping is completed, the gradient flows through the nanoTile's trap
and analytical channels to elute and separate the analytes. The analytes then
flow through the electrospray emitter, and into the mass spectrometer, for
analysis.
