Possible solution
Program the correct flow
rate ensuring it is
appropriate for the column
I.D.
Make fresh mobile phase
and ensure that the
solvent used and gradient
programmed is
appropriate for the
method.
Set the correct column
temperature.
• Verify needle depth
setting.
• Ensure correct sample
volume.
• Ensure correct vial or
wellplate type.
Check, and if necessary,
adjust the injection
method configuration in
the Console.
Verify the needle and
sample loop
characterization, if
necessary, re-characterize
the volumes.
Set the correct plate
configuration.
