Note: To modify a plate that was already used, you must remove it from the instrument. This ensures
that the plate is unlocked and ready for modifications in the QIAcuity Software suite. If modifications
should be done using the plate configurator, load the Plate again.
Editing the run schedule
Note: Editing the run schedule is only possible on QIAcuity Eight and QIAcuity Four and for those
users having the appropriate permission (please see Table 9).
When a run starts, it is added to the run schedule and the Edit schedule button is shown on the
screen. If the runs are started individually, they will be added to the schedule in the order which
they were started by tapping the Run
at the same time, using the Run All button, there is a default order in which the plates are run.
In QIAcuity Eight, the run starts with the first slot in the upper tray and ends with the last slot in the
lower tray. The slot numbers are presented in Table 7.
