Defining the dPCR parameters
You can set up the run profile of your experiment in the dPCR parameters tab. This tab is divided
into three subtabs: Priming, Cycling, and Imaging.
Priming tab
The Priming tab enables you to select the priming profile applicable for the plate and your type of
experiment.

Field Help
Specify the name of the plate.
Select the plate type from the list. You can select Nanoplate 26K 8-well,
Nanoplate 26K 24-well, Nanoplate 8.5K 24-well, or Nanoplate 8.5K 96-well.
Enter a descriptive information about your experiment.
Add labels to your plate to help you categorize your experiments.
Enter users that should be allowed to view and edit the plate according to their
permissions. More than one user can be a Plate owner.
Enter the barcode that is located on the side of the plate. Barcodes are unique to
each plate and can only be used once.
