New user creation
All activities related to creating/editing/deactivating users can be found within the User
Management tab in Users view.
Note: To read users list, permission "Read users and roles" is required. To create or edit users,
additionally permission "Create and Edit Users and Roles" is required.
1. If you want to create a new user, please click the New User button.
2. Fill out the form: user name (first name), surname, login, and password.
Note: There is login: "System" that is reserved for special users. It cannot be selected by
the Administrator when the new user is created. A warning message is shown when the
Administrator tries to create user with reserved login.
