Example case 4: The Plate definition in Suite includes the correct reaction mix and samples, and the
Plate layout should be overwritten. The CSV file includes identical sample and reaction mix names in
different order. In this case, only the option Overwrite existing data needs to be chosen for CSV
import. The Plate layout will be overwritten according to the CSV file.
Note: For CSV import, the dPCR parameters need to be defined for the Plate.
When will the CSV import function fail?
If the Plate layout is partly filled and a fully filled CSV file should be imported without selecting the
Overwrite existing data option. If this option is not selected, the application will fail to import in
case there are any existing data, e.g., like reaction mixes in wells that are being imported.
If no reaction mix and samples were defined in plate experiment and CSV file with new reaction
mix and samples should be imported without selecting the option Create Reaction Mixes, Samples,
if not defined in the Plate.
