Areas of bad filling
Incorrect pipetting or sealing can lead to areas of the well which are not filled with reaction mix.
Those areas affect the reference channel as well as the target channels and reduce the number of
valid partitions. See Operating Plates for instructions on how to pipet and seal the Nanoplates
properly.
