Note: The optimal RFU range of your positives is between 80–120 to avoid saturation and proper
functioning of image analysis algorithms. Use exposure time changes (linear dependency) to
optimize your RFU level. For RFU values below 60, it is recommended to increase the exposure
time of the corresponding channel/s, and for RFU values below 150, it is recommended to
decrease the exposure time of corresponding channel/s.
In case more than one imaging step has been done, the imaging step where the saturation occurred
is marked in yellow and the warning message is shown when moving the mouse over the camera
icon.
