Categories – names of channels
Group – identifier of channels from the Categories column, which are positive (+) and
negative (−)
Count – number of valid partitions in a certain group
Total – total number of valid partitions in a well
Volume – cycled volume in a well (in microliters). Value is corrected by VPF if it is applied.

Note: The amount of valid partitions may differ from list view because, for multi-occupancy output,
only valid partitions across all selected channels are used as valid, whereas in list view, valid
partitions are defined per channel.
RFU values
If you want to export relative fluorescence units per partitions for selected wells, please follow the
instructions below.
1. Select wells that you want to get results for.
2. Click on the Channels tab, and select channels you are interested in.
3. Click on the Show results button.
4. In the List tab, above the table, on the right-hand side you can see the Export to CSV... option.
5. Click on the Export to CSV option and select the RFU values option.
6. Remember that data in CSV are structured as follows:
Well – identifier of well
Sample – identifier of sample
Channel – first letter of channel on which picture was taken
Cycled volume (µl) – well volume corrected by VPF
Threshold – threshold value
Partition – number by which a partition can be identified
Is Invalid – code for invalidation reason (check mapping table code statuses, there can be
a maximum 3 codes separated by a comma)
