MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

Loosen knob (2) and remove upper cover (3).
3.
Remove fresh air filter cover (4).
4.
Remove fresh air filter (5).
5.
Remove soil and sand from the sealing surface of fresh air
filter covers (4) and inside of the filter cases.
6.
Install the new fresh air filter.
REMARK
The fresh air filter has thin side (S) and thick side (L).
Install the fresh air filter with thick side (L) down.
7.
Install fresh air filter covers (4).
Install fresh air filter cover (4) so that air intake port (A)
faces the outside of the machine.
8.
Install upper cover (3) and tighten knob (2).
9.
Close door (1) of the battery inspection cover at the left
rear of the machine.

EVERY 1000 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance for every 250 and 500 hours services should be performed out at the same time.
METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN POWER TRAIN CASE, CLEAN POWER TRAIN
PUMP STRAINER AND SCAVENGING PUMP STRAINER
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• The undercover is a heavy part (23.5 kg). Do not open or close the cover just under it. When remov-
ing bolts (3), perform the work from the rear of the cover so that you can easily get out of the way.
