MAINTENANCE
(2) Lift cylinder support yoke (4 places)
(3) Brace ball joint (4 places)
(4) Tilt cylinder ball joint (1 place) (right and left 2 places
for machine with power tilt power pitch dozer specifica-
tion)
(5) Tilt brace ball joint (1 place) (only for machine with
straight tilt dozer specification)
(6) Tilt brace thread portion (1 place) (screw-adjustable)
METHOD FOR LUBRICATING RIPPER
1.
Lower the ripper to the ground and stop the engine.
2.
By using a grease pump, pump in grease through the following grease fittings.
3.
After greasing, wipe off any old grease that is pushed out.
LUBRICATING POINTS ON FIXED MULTI-SHANK RIPPER SPEC MACHINES
(1) Ripper lift cylinder bottom pin (2 place)
(2) Ripper lift cylinder rod end pin (2 place)
(3) Ripper arm pin (front side) (6 places)
(4) Ripper arm pin (rear side) (6 places)
LUBRICATING POINTS ON VARIABLE MULTI-SHANK RIPPER SPEC MACHINES
(1) Ripper arm pin (front side) (2 places)
(2) Ripper arm pin (rear side) (2 places)
(3) Lift cylinder bottom pin (2 place)
(4) Lift cylinder head pin (2 places)
(5) Tilt cylinder bottom pin (2 place)
(6) Tilt cylinder head pin (2 place)

(1 place each on right and left sides)
