METHOD FOR TILTING TILT DOZER
NOTICE
• The amount of tilt can be adjusted to the maximum 750 mm in EX specification and the maximum
500 mm in PX specification.
Adjust the amount of tilt so that it does not exceed 750 mm in EX specification and 500 mm in PX
specification.
• If the amount of tilt exceeds the maximum value, excessive force may be generated at each part,
and the machine may be damaged.
By operating the blade control lever, the amount of tilt of 410 mm is obtained on the right side, and 410 mm is
obtained on the left side as well.
If more amount of tilt is required, adjust as follows.
Turn brace (1) by using rod handle (2) installed to the brace on
the left side.
The blade can be tilted up to 750 mm in EX specification and
500 mm in PX specification by changing length (L) of the brace.
The standard length of brace length (L) is 1287 mm.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING SHIM AT BLADE LIFT CYLINDER CAP
Set standard shim thickness (A) at the blade lift cylinder cap to
4 mm.
Remove some shims, according to the wear of the cap and cyl-
inder mounting ball.
Proper clearance: 0.2 to 0.5 mm
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING DOZING ANGLE
(PX specifications)
When dozing angle (A) of the blade is changed, rolling up per-
formance of the blade on the soft ground is highly improved
without changing the right or left tilting amount by tilt cylinder.
Replace cap (1) and bolt (2) installed between the blade and
the tilt cylinder or the brace with optional parts or remove them.
• When replacing them with optional cap (1) and bolt (2)
Prepare the following replacement parts.
• Cap (1): 154-929-3210 (2 pieces per unit)
• Bolt (2): 01011-82420 (8 pieces per unit)
Dozing angle (A) becomes 55 ° to 52.5 °.
• When cap (1) which is installed to the standard machine is removed
Prepare the following replacement parts for bolt (2).
• Bolt (2): 01010-82490 (8 pieces per unit)
Dozing angle (A) becomes 55 ° to 50.5 °.
