Details
Overvoltage
The voltage of the converter in the
servo drive unit was 400V or
more.
Motor overheating An operation state causing the
motor to overheat continued.
Overload 1
The servo drive unit or
servomotor overload protection
function activated.
Overload 2
The max. output current flowed
for several seconds due to a
machine collision or overload.
Excessive error
A position deflection exceeding
the excessive error detection
setting value occurred.

Battery voltage
The absolute position detection

The regeneration power may
