7. List of Alarms
This alarm is displayed if an error is detected when
comparing the detector's absolute position and
controller coordinate values in the absolute position
system.
• The alarm will be reset when the
parameter "absg28" or "absm02" is
increased or set to 0.
Set a value larger than the in-position
width (double the value set in SV014) for
each parameter.
Turn the power ON again after this alarm
occurs.
This displays a warning in the absolute position
detection system.
The battery voltage dropped or a cable is
broken.
Absolute position initialization is not required.
