12. Connect the grounded union to the LockSpray source's reference probe.
• For the LockSpray source, use 1/16-inch PEEK tubing connected as follows:
• At the grounded union end, use a long, finger-tight fitting.
• At the source reference-probe connection, use the PEEK, finger-tight nut and
ferrule.
