11.3 Diagnostics via IO-Link

An IO-Link event contains an "Event Qualifier" and an "Event Code". The "Event Qualifier"
indicates whether the IO-Link event came from the master or the device.
Event Qualifier
The event qualifier provides bit-coded information on the event.

If there are no entries in the event log,
Get_Attribute_Single supplies no data.
