NOTE
• When this setting is enabled, the background
optical density (DIPSW7-2 and 7-3) must be
set to " Lighter (50V up)".
• When this setting is enabled, be sure to carry
out cleaning of the conveyance belt every
20,000 prints.
• Print density may drop immediately after
changing the setting from "enabled" to "dis-
abled". The density will return to normal
while printing a dozen pages.
• Enabling this setting increases toner con-
sumption. Print density becomes lower as
the remaining amount of toner gets lower. Be
careful not to cause a cartridge empty status
while printing is in progress.
• Transfer/separation output value of this con-
trol is [User paper 1 to 3]. Be sure to set the
appropriate current value.
