It is called f ree motion quilting when moving the f ab rics f reely towards any directions without using the f eed dog of sewing machine.
When the f eed dog is lowered (drop f eed condition), it is possib le to sew various curves and/or any directions b y moving the f ab rics b y
hands.
On appelle matelassage lib re quand on b ouge lib rement la matiè re dans tous les sens sans utiliser la grif f e de la machine.
Q uand la grif f e est ab aissée (drop f eed), il est possib le de coudre en courb es et/ou dans toutes les directions en dirigeant le tissu avec
les mains.
Se denomina acolchado li b re cuando se mueve el te j ido li b remente hacia cualquier direcci ó n sin utili z ar los dientes de la m á quina de
coser. Cuando se b aj an los dientes (con el selector de arrastre arrib a/ab aj o), es posib le coser cuervas o dif erentes direcciones moviendo
los tej idos con las manos.

Raise the presser b ar. Loosen the setscrew f or presser f oot holder and remove
the presser f oot holder. (Ref er to page 30)
Set the quilting f oot and tighten the setscrew f or presser f oot.
I n stal l ez l e p ied m atel assag e.
Levez la b arre du pied. D évissez la vis du support du pied presseur et enlevez
le support du pied. (V oir page 30)
Installez le pied matelassage et vissez la vis du pied presseur.

Coloque el prensatelas para acolchar y apriete el tornillo de a j uste del prensatelas.
