2.7.3 Environmental information

Hazardous material
The table specifies some of the materials in the gripper and their respective use
throughout the product.
Dispose components properly according to local regulations to prevent health or
environmental hazards.

Steel
Stainless steel
Plastic/rubber (PVC)
Aluminium
Oil and grease
Where possible, arrange for the oil and grease to be recycled. Dispose of via an
authorized person/contractor in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose
of oil and grease near lakes, ponds, ditches, down drains or onto soil. Incineration
must be carried out under controlled conditions in accordance with local regulations.

• Spills may form a film on water surfaces causing damage to organisms.
Oxygen transfer could also be impaired. Spillage may penetrate the soil
causing ground water contamination.
