This section describes how to monitor the Main Units using the EtherNet/IP.

What is Monitoring Using EtherNet/IP?

The Main Units can be monitored from a PLC or PC via EtherNet/IP.
The following two communications methods can be used.

Tag data link: monitoring

Multiple data such as measured values can be monitored without
using a communications program. For data that can be monitored,
refer to5-2 Monitoring Using the Tag Data Link on page 5-4.
Individual data such as measured values can be read and written
by using communications program. It can also be used during tag
data link.
