If the alarm panel was unable to leave an SMS at the service centre for the respective recipient during the first dialling

attempt, the alarm panel will attempt to reach the service centre for the respective recipient and leave an SMS a maxi-

mum of three times.

For every unsuccessful attempt via the first path, the alarm panel will attempt to reach the service centre for the re-

spective recipient via the second path a maximum of three times.
