Note
The alarm control panel works through the communication types in the following order:
1. ARC/ESCC reporting
2. Email
3. Social care (protocol transmission)
4. SMS via GSM
5. Voice dialler
6. SMS via PSTN
Push notifications are independent of this sequence and may occur at any time.
sipgate.de is the individual SIP service provider, as SIP
server name
ID, if the recipient has an account with the same SIP service pro-

The SIP dialler is enabled.
Note
The alarm panel does not send information. A connection is only estab-
lished when a call is definitely made, starting with a handshake. The in-
formation is then sent in accordance with the settings as well as the rec-
orded voice messages for the events.

Enabled
DTMF tones are also detected for SIP under certain requirements.
Deactivated
No detection of DTMF tones.
