For each of the three types of call - daily, weekly and monthly - the alarm panel

adds a random minute value. This minute value lies between 0 and 16. The call can,

therefore, occur up to 16 minutes after the hour you have entered. This should en-

sure that the ARC (ESCC) is not flooded with test calls from the system that all con-

tain the same time.
