X = 3 = Telephone call
The telephone report from the speech dialler via a/b (PSTN) or GSM/wireless mobile

Note
There is no communication protocol in relation to DC-09 (ARC/ESCC IP transfer).
If you would like to produce a trace of the ARC/ESCC IP transfer, please use a corresponding network tool,
e.g. Wireshark. Some routers can also be used to produce network recordings. In turn, you can use Wireshark
for the evaluation.
X = 4 = HTTPS client

web server.
