6.6.3
STOP mode
Except some peripheral circuits, all the internal circuits including the internal oscillator are brought to a
stop in STOP mode.
When releasing STOP mode, the operation mode changes to the operation mode before entering STOP mode.
The STOP mode enables to select the pin status by setting the CGSTBYCR<DRVE>. Table 6-4 shows the
pin status in the STOP mode.
Note: Warm-up is need at the time of a return. It is necessary to set warm-up time in the mode (NORMAL
mode or SLOW mode) before entering STOP mode. Please refer to "6.6.8 Clock Operations in
Mode Transition"
