6.6 Low Power Consumption Modes
6.6.4 Low power Consumption Mode Setting
The low power consumption mode is specified by the setting of the standby control register
CGSTBYCR<STBY[2:0]>.
Table 6-5 shows the mode setting in the <STBY[2:0]>.
Note: Do not set any value other than those shown above in <STBY[2:0]>.
