18. Power-on-Reset Circuit (POR)
The power-on-reset circuit (POR) generates a power-on reset signal when power-on.
Power supply voltage is indicated as RVDD5.
18.1 Structure
Power-on-reset circuit consists of the reference voltage generation circuit, comparators, the VLTD reset circuit
and the power-on counter.
This circuit compares a voltage divided by the ladder resistor with a reference voltage generated in the refer-
ence voltage generation circuit in the comparator.
