Caution
Do not run the toner motors for more than a few seconds.
The ADC Sensor has detected a density error for the indicated color. This
troubleshooting procedure applies to this error.

092-310: CTD Sensor Error (CMYK)
Initial Actions
•
Clean the Transfer Belt and ADC Sensor window using a dry cloth.
•
Check the indicated Toner Cartridge.
•
Check the Imaging Unit for sealing tapes or protective covers.
•
Check the Transfer Belt and Imaging Unit life counters. If near end of life,
replace the part.
•
Cycle printer power.
•
If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
