1 Check the media condition.
Is the media damaged or damp?
2 Check the Front Cover latch.
Does the Front Cover latch correctly?
3 Run the Main Motor test (DO-00) on
(page 4-41).
Does the motor rotate?
4 Run the Feed Roller Rotation test
(DO-0b) on (page 4-45).
Do the Feed and Registration rollers
rotate?
5 Does the media feed from the Tray
into the media path?
6 Check media guide adjustment in
the Tray.
Are the guides adjusted properly?
