RTC outputs a clock of 1Hz to
RESTR<DIS1HZ>= "0", <DIS16HZ>= "1". RTC also generates an INTRTC interrupt
on the falling edge of the clock.
(3) With 16Hz output clock
RTC outputs a clock of 16Hz to
RESTR<DIS1HZ>= "1", <DIS16HZ>= "0". RTC also generates INTRTC an interrupt
on the falling edge of the clock.
