0: Input status is read once every millisecond and processed immediately
(for quick response)
1: Input status is read twice every millisecond and processed only if the
status is the same in both readings (robust against noisy signals)

0: An external Run command has to be re-input at the new source to be
activated.
1: An external Run command at new source is accepted immediately.

0: Run command not accepted while in the Programming Mode.
1: Run command accepted while in the Programming Mode.
2: Prohibit entering Programming Mode during run.
