Remove the gas fittings from the flow module.
Unscrew the manifold block fitting from the flow module.
Loosen the two screws securing each of the connector covers, and slide
the connector covers off.
Push the two tabs to release the ribbon cable connector and disconnect it.

Place the module in the lid.
Connect the ribbon cable connector.
Fasten the flow module to the lid using the three T–20 Torx screws.
Slide the connector covers into position and tighten the mounting screws.
Install the manifold block fitting and reconnect the gas fittings.
Reconnect the supply gases and turn them on. Reconnect the power cord.
Turn the GC on.
Load a method that uses the FPD.
