Syntax
SYSTem:SMOoth:FLUCtuation <value>
This command sets the fluctuation count of the smooth function.
SYSTem:SMOoth:FLUCtuation?
This command queries the fluctuation count setting of the smooth function
and returns the numeric fluctuation count value.
