*SRE

Syntax
*SRE <value>
The *SRE (Service Request Enable) command enables bits in the enable
register for the Status Byte register group. Once enabled, the corresponding
bits may generate a Request for Service (RQS) in the Status Byte. This RQS
event may generate a "call back" to your application as a type of asynchronous
interrupt.

*SRE?
This command reads the enable register and returns a decimal value which
corresponds to the binary-weighted sum of all bits set in the register. For
example, if bit 2 (decimal value = 4) and bit 4
(decimal value = 16) are enabled, the query returns "+20".
