*IDN?
Syntax
*IDN?
The *IDN? (IDeNtify) query returns the instrument's identification string
which contains four comma-separated fields. The first field returned is the
manufacturer's name, followed by the instrument model number, serial
number, and firmware revision code.
<Manufacturer>, <Model_no>, <Serial_no>,
Where, ii.ii represents the interface board firmware revision number,
mm.mm represents the measurement board firmware revision number, and
ss.ss represents the source board firmware revision number.
