The execution command is used to activate or deactivate the specified PDP
context (s).

It is not possible to omit the parameter <state>. AT+CGDCONT command must
be entered prior to context activation.
Activating a PDP Context through AT+CGACT will not allow for the modem to be
used in a DUN connection. To use the modem in a DUN connection, use the
AT$AREG=2 command instead.
