Modem API Address
This command allows the user to query/set the API IP address and port number.
Any UDP packet received from a local host and addressed to the modem API IP
and port will be intercepted and processed as a modem API request. Any UDP
packet received from a remote server and addressed to the modem API port will
be intercepted and processed as a modem API request.
