Preferred Operator List
This command is used to list and edit the SIM preferred list of networks.

integer type; the order number of operator in the SIM preferred operator list
0 = long format alphanumeric <oper>
1 = short format alphanumeric <oper>
2 = numeric <oper>
string type; <format> indicates if the format is alphanumeric or numeric (see
+COPS)
This command is used to edit the SIM preferred list of networks. Execute
command writes an entry in the SIM list of preferred operators (EFPLMNsel). If
<index> is given but <oper> is left out, entry is deleted. If <oper> is given but
<index> is left out, <oper> is put in the next free location. If only <format> is
given, the format of the <oper> in the read command is changed.
