1-200 = Acceleration Threshold (in Knots * 10)
1-20 = Number of seconds above threshold to set event
1-20 = Number of seconds below threshold to clear event
A value of 100 for threshold equals 10 knots per second.
This function uses GPS to determine acceleration.
