Gateway IP
This command allows the user to select a gateway IP. Windows CE 3.0 devices
and some Linux platforms require a gateway address. Default value "0.0.0.0"
indicates that no gateway IP will be requested from the host. A non-zero value
will cause the modem to request the indicated gateway IP from the host.
