5.3.2 Replacing/adding components for vertical stacking
(width 18 ... 52 mm)

The valve terminal can be equipped with the following com-
ponents for vertical stacking:
– Pressure regulator plate
– Flow control plate
– Vertical pressure shut-off plate
– Vertical supply plate
Note
No valve function.
Do not combine standard 2x3/2-way valves (ident. code K,
H, N) with reversible pressure regulator plates (identifier
R5-..., R6-..., R7-...). With this combination, the pneumatic
spring of the valves does not function. The valves cannot
return from the switching position to the neutral position.
Vertical stacking with pressure regulator plate:
In the combination pressure regulator plate with flow control
plate, vertical pressure shut-off plate or vertical pressure
supply plate, mount the above-mentioned components under
the pressure regulator plate. You thereby guarantee free
access to the adjusting screws and connections (see Tab. 5/4).
Please note when reordering!
Pressure regulator plates can be ordered in certain versions
only through the type code. The printed part number of the
regulator plate that was mounted on the VTSA terminal is in
these cases not identical with the version. Therefore, always
use the VABF configurator for reordering!
