The following product-specific terms and abbreviations are
used in this manual:
Significance
– Reversing unit (90°)
– With work connections (2) and (4)
The 90°connection plate is attached to the connection side of the
manifold sub-base.
– Pneumatic interface, pneu. manifold sub-base and pneu. supply
plate
– Common term for pneumatic interface, pneumatic manifold
sub-base or pneumatic supply plate, end plate, 90° connection
plate, exhaust plate, exhaust port cover, vertical pressure supply
plate, pressure regulator plate, flow control plate, soft-start valve,
directional control valve or blanking plate
– Cover for a non-assigned valve location on the manifold sub-base
– Common term for the various modules which can be incorporated in
a CPX terminal
