The VTSA... valve terminal is available with the following
electrical connection variants:
Valve terminal VTSA
fieldbus variants:
– with CPX terminal
(see Fig. 1/11)
– With type 03 electronics
(see Fig. 1/12)
– AS-interface (see Fig. 1/13)
Multi-pin alternative connections:
– Sub-D connection
(see Fig. 1/14)
– Cage Clamp
(see Fig. 1/15)
– Multi-pin node, M23 round plug
(see Fig. 1/16)
– Multi-pin node IC
(see Fig. 1/17)
The electrical connection of the solenoid coils to the CPX
terminal or the FB 21/type 03 takes place centrally through
the pneumatic interface (see subsequent figures). Per valve
position, one or two solenoid coils (dependent on the mani-
fold sub-base) and within the valve terminal a maximum of
26 or 32 solenoid coils are controlled via the CPX terminal
(see Tab. 1/2).
Valve pilot via
– CPX-fieldbus.
– Fieldbus FB 21 type 03
– AS-interface
– 37-pin Sub-D multi-pin
plug socket
– Central over the terminal
strip
– Central over the 18-pin
