Chapter 2 Command System

:REFerence:DISPlay

Syntax
:REFerence:DISPlay <bool>
:REFerence:DISPlay?
Description
Turns on or off the REF function; or queries the on/off status of the REF function.

Remarks
When the REF function is enabled or disabled, the display of the currently enabled reference waveform
channel(s) will be turned on or off (refer to the :REFerence<n>:ENABle command).
Return Format
The query returns 1 or 0.

:REFerence:RESet

Syntax
:REFerence:RESet
Description
After the save operation was executed, reset the vertical scale and vertical position of the current reference
waveform to that of the source channel settings in last save operation.
Remarks
You need to save the reference waveform (refer to the :REFerence:SAVe command) before using this
command.

:REFerence:SAVe

Syntax
:REFerence:SAVe
Description
Saves the waveform (screen region) of the specified source channel to the internal memory as the
reference waveform of the current reference waveform channel and displays it on the screen.
Remarks
This operation only saves the reference waveform in the volatile memory and the waveform will be
cleared at power-off.
You can set the color of the reference waveform (refer to the :REFerence:COLor command), adjust the
vertical scale (refer to the :REFerence:VSCale command) and vertical position (refer to
the :REFerence:VOFFset command) of the reference waveform.
