:MASK:PASSed?

Syntax
:MASK:PASSed?
Description
Queries the number of frames that pass the pass/fail test.
Return Format
The query returns an integer.

:MASK:RESet

Syntax
:MASK:RESet
Description
Resets the pass/fail test results.
Remarks
After this command is sent, the number of frames that pass the pass/fail test (refer to the :MASK:PASSed?
command), the number of frames that fail the pass/fail test (refer to the :MASK:FAILed? command), and
the total number of frames (refer to the :MASK:TOTal? command) are all reset to 0.

:MASK:SOOutput

Syntax
:MASK:SOOutput <bool>
:MASK:SOOutput?
Description
Enables or disables the Stop On Fail function; or queries the on/off status of the Stop On Fail function.

Remarks
1|ON: indicates that the Stop On Fail function is enabled. When a failed waveform is detected, the

oscilloscope stops the test and enters the "Stop" state. In this case, the last statistic results are
displayed on the screen if the display of the statistic information of the pass/fail test results is turned
on (refer to the :MASK:MDISplay command); a pulse is output from the [Trig Out/Calibration]
connector on the rear panel if the connector is configured to output the pass/fail test signal (refer to
the :SYSTem:AOUTput command).
0|OFF: indicates that Stop On Fail function is disabled. When a failed waveform is detected, the

oscilloscope will continue with the test. In this case, the statistic information of the test results on the
screen will be updated in real time if the display of the statistic information of the pass/fail test results
is turned on (refer to the :MASK:MDISplay command); if the [Trig Out/Calibration] connector is
configured to output the pass/fail test signal (refer to the :SYSTem:AOUTput command), a pulse will
be output from the connector on the rear panel each time when a failed waveform is detected.
Return Format
The query returns 1 or 0.
