Measures the phase deviation (falling edge-rising edge) between the two specified source channels.

Remarks
Before making measurements, turn on the channels to be measured.
When [<chanA>,<chanB>] is omitted, this command will be applied to Source A (refer to
the :MEASure:SETup:PSA command) and Source B (refer to the :MEASure:SETup:PSB command) of
phase measurement currently set by default.
Return Format
The query returns the measurement results in scientific notation. When the measurement results are invalid,
the query returns 9.9e37.
